The Master's and PHD Degrees in Christian Organizational Leadership

We offer Two Degrees in Christian Organizational Leadership:
Master's of Christian Organizational Leadership and PhD In
Christian Organizational Leadership
Degree One - Master's of Christian Organizational Leadership Forty Hour Degree Program
You Must Have a Bachelor's Degree. If you do not have a Bachelor's degree from Newburgh then please have
the school where you earned a Bachelor's Degree to mail your transcript to Newburgh Theological Seminary

If you do not have a Bachelor's Degree then any of our Bachelor's degrees would be a great way to start
your study program. If you wish to do a combination Bachelor's/Master's Degree there is a $150 savings
per degree. Plus one course is eliminated from each degree.
Requirements - Forty Hours or Eight Courses.
You may select any of the textbooks below to utilize in your Master's Degree studies.
You may also select one core No Travel Seminar.
No Travel Seminars are an additional cost and are not required. However, You may select one as an elective.
Cost of the Master's Degree Program is $2,595.00
(there is also a small graduation fee depending on whether you attend or we mail your diploma to you).
You may pay a $200 deposit and monthly payments of $100 if accepted into the program. There is a savings if you pay the tuition upfront and in full. You have up to two years to complete the degree program. Textbooks and studies are flexible and at your own pace. Submit a ten to twenty page summary of the book to
schoolassignment@aol.com. Do not plagiarize. Please read the chapters. Read each chapter, summarize each chapter in a few words or a page and move forward. Tell us what you read chapter by chapter. Your paper does not have to be long. The whole paper again is ten to twenty pages. summary paper of 10 - 20 pages
You may select any of the textbook courses below for your Master's degree.There are no alternates accepted for this degree program. Textbooks must be selected from this page. You may select any of the eight.
Degree Two - PhD In Christian Organizational Leadership
Fifty Hour Program - Dissertation is a credit of 20 Hours
Courses are five hours each.
This degree requires a Master's degree. If you are not a graduate of Newburgh Theological Seminary please have your Master's
transcript mailed to us from the school where you obtained your Master's.
If you do not have a Master's Degree then any of our Master's degrees would be a great way to start
your study program.
The PHD consists of a Research Dissertation on a theme suggested by you and approved by our school. The theme
would obviously have to relate to some form of leadership that would pertain to a Christian or faith based type of organization.
This could range from Churches, Nursing Homes, Small Groups, Various form of Nonprofits, Sport's Ministries, Corporations etc.
The Dissertation Paper must be a minimum of 60 pages and no longer than 200 pages. You must have a minimum of twenty
references in the Bibliography.
You must choose six of the courses/textbooks from this page.
